Many Internet Service Providers advertise 24 hour technical support.  In reality, during non-business hours their technical support staff may consist of someone answering the phone (if you're lucky) but they don't have technical knowledge and ask you to call back during business hours.

We are at least honest and up front about it.  Our end-user technical support is available 9:00am to 7:00pm Eastern Time.  If you are experiencing problems we can often help you through it.  If you are experiencing hardware difficulties, you may need to take your computer to a repair facility where trained technicians can diagnose your problem and fix it, including setting up your internet dial-up.
